How does the online German course work and what technology do I need?
You can complete our online German courses easily and with lots of fun. All you need is a PC or tablet with an internet connection. After booking your course, you will receive a link to our learning portal and can get started straight away.
The lessons are divided into two parts.
- German course online live lessons: You can find the lesson calendar on the learning portal. There you can easily click on the lesson and take part in the class.
- Self-study phases: You can complete the self-study phases at any time and can organize your time for the self-study phase yourself.
What requirements do I need to fulfill to take part in the course?
For the B1 and B2 online German courses, you should already have a basic knowledge of German. Ideally, you have already completed an A2 course and can provide us with proof of this. If you don’t have any proof, you can simply complete a language level test online (takes 5-8 minutes). You will then be sent your language level by email and can then take the language course with us based on your assessment.
Can I redeem my AVGS voucher from the employment agency for the German course online?
If you are looking for work or are affected by unemployment, you are entitled to an AVGS voucher. With this AVGS voucher, the online German course is 100% free of charge and is funded by the employment office/job center.
